Overlooking the Ladysmith Marina, this project included significant site preparation, utility installation, road construction, and concrete work to support the development of a high-quality residential community.

Key Features
Earthworks and Excavation
Extensive earthworks, including large-scale excavation and grading, were carried out to prepare the site for development. This process also involved significant blasting to remove rock and clear the land for construction.
Challenging terrain was managed through detailed site leveling and the construction of retaining walls, which stabilized slopes, prevented erosion, and created usable building pads for each lot.
